Common questions

If your question is not here, call (949) 625-2998 — a person answers.

I never signed up. Why do I have an account?

Your account is created for you when your coverage is written, so your contract has somewhere to live. You do not choose a username — it is the email address on your paperwork.

I didn't get the text or email.

Check your spam or junk folder first, and your phone's filtered or unknown-sender messages. If it is still not there, the address or number on the paperwork may be wrong or mistyped. Ask for a new link — if nothing arrives, call us and we will check what is on file and fix it.

My link says it has expired.

Links work once and expire, which is what makes them safe to send by text. Request a new one and it arrives in under a minute.

I forgot my password.

Two ways in: reset it, or skip it entirely and use a sign-in link. The link works whether or not you ever set a password.

Where do I download the app?

Nowhere — it is a website, which is why there is nothing to install and nothing to update. To get the icon on your phone: on iPhone, open this site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open the browser menu and tap Install app or Add to Home Screen.

Can I get my contract as a PDF?

Yes. Open your policy and tap Download. It is the signed contract exactly as issued, so you can email it or print it for a shop.

The shop wants proof of coverage right now.

Open the ID card in the app and show them the screen. It has your contract number, vehicle, VIN, deductible and the claims phone number. They should call that number before starting any work.

Do I have to get texts?

No. Texts about your policy and marketing texts are two separate choices, and you make each one when you set up your account. Change either any time on the Notifications screen, or reply STOP to any text and they stop immediately. Consenting to marketing texts is never a condition of your coverage.

Is my information safe here?

Your documents are only ever served to you after you sign in — they are never at a public web address. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text, so nobody here can read yours. Sign-in links work once and expire. The Privacy Policy spells out what we collect and what we do with it.

Something is wrong with my contract details.

Correct what you can on the My Profile screen. If the contract itself is wrong — the wrong vehicle, wrong dates, wrong plan — call us; that has to be fixed at the source and a corrected copy sent to you.

Still stuck?

We would rather you called than gave up.
