How it works
MyCoverageLogin is where your coverage documents live after the sale. Here is what happens, in order.
When your coverage is written
Your account is created automatically. You do not sign up and you do not choose a username — your username is the email address on your paperwork. Within a few seconds we send you a link, by email and by text, to the number on the contract.
The link
Tapping it signs you in. It works once and expires after 72 hours, which is why it is safe to send by text. If yours has expired, ask for a new one — it arrives in under a minute.
Then you pick a password, so you can come back without waiting for a link. If you would rather not have a password at all, you never have to set one up again — the sign-in link works every time.
Putting it on your phone
It is a website, so there is no app store and nothing to download. Open it in your phone's browser and add it to your Home Screen — on iPhone, tap Share then Add to Home Screen; on Android, open the browser menu and tap Install app. It then opens with its own icon, full screen, like any other app.
If something goes wrong with the vehicle
Start a claim in the app, or call (949) 625-2998. Either way, one rule matters more than the rest:
Talking to a person
Message a coverage counselor from inside the app, or book a time and we call you. Times are offered in your own time zone. You can also just call (949) 625-2998.
What we do with your information
We use it to confirm who you are, handle your claims, and reach you about your coverage. We do not sell it. The Privacy Policy lists everything we collect, including what your phone tells us automatically, and how to get a copy of it, correct it or have it deleted.
Texts about your policy are separate from marketing texts, and you choose each one on its own when you set up your account. You can change either at any time on the Notifications screen, or reply STOP to any text.
